The University of Lapland and the Peruvian Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (PUCP) have signed an Erasmus+ ICM mobility agreement. The mobility agreement between the University of Lapland and PUCP got its initial impetus from the INCLUSION research project, in which the universities have cooperated with each other. The INCLUSION project is coordinated by the Faculty of Law of the University of Lapland and the Arctic Center.

Nordic Conference on Law and Information Technology 2023 continues the tradition of Nordic meetings, seminars, and conferences on legal informatics, dating back to 1980s. Nowadays, the legal informatics communities in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark take turns in organizing this annual event that brings together those who are interested in the relationships between law and technology from all the Nordic countries and beyond. The speakers and participants include renowned legal informatics experts, university researchers, government officials, professionals from the private sector, law students, etc.

Nordic Conference on Law and Information Technology 2023 is organized by the Institute for Law and Informatics and the Law, Technology and Design Thinking research group (University of Lapland, Faculty of Law).
