The Degree Programme in International Business, fully taught in English, prepares students to work in a multicultural environment. Students select a study path from the following focus areas: marketing, e-commerce, supply chain management, financial management, HRM and leadership, project management, or tourism. Students on the Degree Programme in the Finnish-taught Business Administration can choose to focus on Marketing and Sales, Financial Administration, Project Management, or Legal Expertise. Learning by doing, participation in projects, and teamwork develop the student's working life skills. In the Degree Programme in Service Business (taught in Finnish), students learn to deliver services in a customer-oriented and cost-effective manner, whether in the field of international cuisine, catering or cleaning services. They also learn to identify development needs in their own field. Proacademy is a unit specializing in entrepreneurship education, now also with a BBA in Entrepreneurship and Team Leadership taught in English. Students develop their entrepreneurship skills and business competence by creating so-called team enterprises, then developing and expanding the business operations of these enterprises. Learning is interwoven with work on projects for real customers, and with product development. The Master's Degree in International Business Management (taught in English) is a professional higher education degree. The programme focuses on state-of-the-art skills and concepts of international project management, and it enables the graduates to manage and lead operations in challenging multicultural environments in Finland and abroad.
