Yesterday marked the launch of the "Je suis mentor!" (Mentorship Ambassador) open badge, a badge offered by the Mentorship Collective under the "1 jeune, 1 mentor" initiative, aimed at promoting equal opportunities through mentoring young individuals.

This "Mentorship Ambassador" badge will be issued - with Open Badge Factory - by all associations responsible for mentoring throughout the duration of the mentorship. It recognizes and values the commitment of citizens to mentorship. The badge is dynamic: mentors can keep it active by documenting their experiences and receiving endorsements, testimonials, and expressions of trust. If they wish, mentors can join the mentor community and be visible on the national map of mentors.
