I hated my first experiences of university. I was in the wrong place, studying the wrong subject. I soon found a second-hand bookshop and spent most of my time in there! It was educational, at least! I dropped out, worked a terrible job (filing in the poll tax office), then began anew and never looked back. Find your place and your passion and the world of higher education will open up for you! I promise. Come and join us at this most welcoming of universities - the University of the West of Scotland.
