👀Do silent retreats support mindfulness teachers to teach effectively? 🎉

We’re excited to share our latest publication: “The Experience of Silent Teacher-Led Residential Retreats During Mindfulness-Based Teacher Training”

This article- led by Bridgette O'Neill - explores the profound impact of silent retreats on those training to become mindfulness teachers. From deep personal insights to transformative learning moments, it captures the unique value of silence and presence in teacher development.

✨ What makes this even more special?

It was a beautiful collaboration with our talented Master's students Brian English Kusum Mongia and Paul Place — a true co-created piece of reflective and academic inquiry.
