A.C.E Society Welcome to ACE! The Architecture and Civil Engineering Society at the University of Bath! Welcome to the Architecture and Civil Engineering Society!

We are an active student group who are open to all students in University of Bath (although most of our members are architects or civil engineers). We run all sorts of fun events and are a great way to make friends on your course. The types of events that we run are: a BBQ, a Christmas Ball, Mini Golf, Nights Out, Networking Events, Lectures and loads more! We look forward to seeing you at our events!

Join us for a lecture with FMDC (Facade Materials Design Consultants) by Matt Williams!

Matt will give us an insight into the complexities of facade engineering and the role of a Facade Engineer. Even systems that appear simple often have multiple layers of performance, safety, and regulatory requirements that can sometimes be in conflict.

The ACE Ball is back! Join us on 8th December at the Guildhall for a night of good food, drinks, and dancing.

Tickets include a main course and dessert, w**e on your table, a photographer, photo booth, and disco, with a bar available for extra drinks :)

Dress code: Black tie 🖤

£47 for non-members
£50 for members

Next week on the 10th of October at 2pm we are running an architectural walking tour around Bath! It’s a great opportunity to get to know the city from a technical viewpoint and to get some steps in!!

Unfortunately due to limited capacity there is only space for 20 people - don’t worry we will definitely have more walking tours over the year!

SIGN UPS - these go live this Thursday 1st of October, we will put a reminder out and link to the SU website where you can sign up (the tickets are free, but make sure you have an ACE membership!)
