A week of balance, focus, and resilience 🌿🎯
Last week, our students (and some of our staff) stepped away from their desks to take part in yoga classes and archery lessons - two activities that build far more than physical skills.
Yoga helped students practise mindfulness, breathing techniques, and stress management, supporting better concentration, calmer thinking, and improved wellbeing during busy study periods (particularly useful as we approach exam season). Archery encouraged patience, precision, discipline, and the ability to stay focused under pressure - all essential skills for effective revision and exam success.
Whether it’s holding a yoga pose or aiming for the target, both activities reminded students that progress comes from consistency, focus, and confidence in the process - the same mindset needed for studying and exams. 💫📚
