Postgraduates study for an MA in Early Childhood Education and Care, with specialisms in home-based pedagogy and care, sleep hygiene, supporting behaviour and food and nutrition. Norland Agency works exclusively with Norland Nannies, graduates of our undergraduate degree and diploma, placing them in positions with families worldwide. All nannies and Maternity Nurses placed through Norland Agency hold a minimum Level 3 qualification, have completed a 12-hour Paediatric First Aid course within the last three years, and have an up-to-date DBS check. Norland Agency also verifies all references before placing a Norland Nanny to ensure our high standards are upheld. Our Early Years Consultants deliver bespoke consultancy and training to a wide range of companies, organisations and charities. As we look ahead to becoming Norland University of Early Childhood in September, it's also important to reflect on the vision that brought us to this moment.

During our 130th anniversary celebrations, we explored Norland's history through 13 objects. One of these was a portrait of our pioneering founder, Emily Ward, aged seven.

More than a century later, her ambition to elevate the status of early childhood professionals continues to shape Norland and inspire our future.
