💙 Bath Spa University has achieved the prestigious University Mental Health Charter (UMHC) Award, recognising its commitment to continuous improvement in mental health and wellbeing and to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where students and staff can thrive.

The Award, organised by Student Minds, the UK’s student mental health charity, recognises universities that have demonstrated a comprehensive, whole-university approach to mental health and wellbeing.

The Award reflects more than two and a half years of work involving colleagues and students from across the University and Bath Spa Students’ Union.

We're to announce Drawing Together: Bath Academy of Art at Corsham 🎨

Opening at Young Gallery Salisbury from 11 September, Drawing Together brings together artworks from BSU, Chippenham Museum and The Young Gallery for the first time.

More than 40 BSU students have contributed to the exhibition through workshops, discussions, interpretation and creative responses, bringing fresh perspectives to the Academy’s history 💙

We're inviting the public into our renowned art and design space, Locksbrook Campus, to explore the work of our emerging artists and designers at this year’s MA Degree Show 🙌

Open from 5-9 September, the show will feature the best work from students specialising in Ceramics, Curatorial Practice, Media, Painting, Photography, Graphics, Illustration, Textiles and Visual Communication. For some, it's a chance to exhibit their work publicly for the very first time, while for others the show offers exciting career progression opportunities.

The MA Degree Show kicks off with a Private View on Friday 4 September, and opens to the public from 5-9 September, 10am-6pm (12pm-6pm Sunday).
