What a fantastic morning celebrating everything achieved so far by the Belfast Digital Skills and Employability Programme.

With input from sponsors Bank of America, panellists Deloitte, Danske Bank and partners NOW Group, Fit, Women in Business, Centre of Learning, Cinemagic, and Specialisterne, along with reflections from former learner Yulia Davydenko and employer Julianna Germino from YellowZest, today’s event was the perfect opportunity to explore the true social impact of our Digital Skills Academies.

Designed for underrepresented groups across the city, we’re addressing skills gaps, widening access to employment and supporting a more productive, innovative and inclusive workforce.

And with 8 in 10 learners progressing into employment, further or higher education, apprenticeships or onward training, the results speak for themselves. 💪
