A huge well done to .birmingham who recently competed in the National Competition securing a top 20 finish for the second year in a row 🥳🙌

They also competed in and won a smaller competition sponsored by British Airways ✈️ To top it all off, President Rioana was shortlisted for “Changemaker of the year” and University Adviser Phill was shortlisted for “University Adviser of the year” after winning it last year! 😍✨

We asked recent graduate Tasmin to share what she’s proud of 🥰: “I’m extremely proud to have graduated from in July 2025 with a degree in Business Management with Marketing. Alongside my academic studies I completed internships through the B-Experienced Internship programme, volunteered for Birmingham-based organisations, played in the university Philharmonic Orchestra, was a committee member for the Marketing Society and Music Society, and worked for the Careers Network and as a Student Ambassador for the Business School. I am immensely grateful for the ongoing support I have received as a UoB graduate and am proud to have been part of a reputable institution in an iconic city.

After graduating, I joined the University of Exeter’s ‘Future Leaders and Innovators’ Graduate Scheme as a Graduate Trainee, where I currently work across Professional Services divisions.”
