If your accommodation provider (us!) is signed up to an approved code like the ANUK/Unipol National Code or the UUK Code of Practice, here’s what it means for you.​

Fixed‑term student contracts stay the same 📄​
Rolling tenancies used in private renting don’t apply 🔄​

They follow their own possession processes instead of the Act’s rules 🔐​

This applies to our accommodation.​

It's nearly time to say goodbye! 😟 We'll try not to be offended but we know some of you may already be heading back home for the summer. ​

​That's why we've put together a handy checklist.​

🧽 Clean your space - yes, that includes vacuuming! Leave your room completely empty, just like when you arrived ​
📦 Drop off unwanted items at one of our Pack and Pass days ​
👕 Sell anything you don’t need on Vinted or Hazaar ​
💓 Donate items to the British Heart Foundation - look out for donation bins across accommodation​

​📅 Your contract ends 11 July, and when the times comes, you'll need to check out online via the Accommodation Portal. ​
