Did you make it to Spring Fling at The Vale? 🌸​

Student content creator Harry spent the day soaking up the sunshine, good vibes and free activities - all put on for students living in our accommodation and partner. 🏡​

A huge shoutout to the amazing Residence Life team for bringing everyone together. It was the perfect way to unwind, recharge, and have some fun before exam season kicked in. ​

If your accommodation provider (us!) is signed up to an approved code like the ANUK/Unipol National Code or the UUK Code of Practice, here’s what it means for you.​

Fixed‑term student contracts stay the same 📄​
Rolling tenancies used in private renting don’t apply 🔄​

They follow their own possession processes instead of the Act’s rules 🔐​

This applies to our accommodation.​
