Wow! What a day that was! Thank you to everyone who attended our 10th Anniversary Celebration Day today at the MAC, Birmingham. And special thanks to all of our presenters! You were all wonderful ❤️ We're so lucky to have such a wonderful, supportive Mindfulness Now community. Thank you everyone!

A huge thank you to everyone who was involved with our Celebration Day at the MAC, Birmingham yesterday! You all made it the special event it was and we are very grateful.
- to all of the speakers who provided such varied themes throughout the day
