Royale Business College UK (RBC) is expanding its international recruitment and business development operations. We are seeking experienced, commercially driven professionals to join our international team.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to recruit students, secure paid enrolments, develop educational partnerships and achieve sales targets.
Open Positions
1. International Student Recruitment & Education Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit students for MBA, DBA and Executive Education programmes.
Generate enquiries and convert prospects into paid enrolments.
Provide educational consultations and manage admissions follow-ups.
Achieve individual recruitment and revenue targets.
2. International Partnerships & Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and manage international educational partnerships.
Recruit education agents and institutional partners.
Generate student enrolments through partner networks.
Develop new markets and commercial opportunities.
Achieve recruitment and revenue targets.
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience in international student recruitment, education sales or business development.
- Demonstrated success in student enrolments or revenue-generating partnerships.
- Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills.
- Excellent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- A proactive, target-driven mindset.
- MBA, DBA or executive education recruitment experience is preferred.
