Tickets for the Materials Ball 2018 are now on sale from the University's Online Shop! Tickets are £45. Tickets will be on sale until midnight on Friday 2nd February 2018, so don’t miss out and buy your ticket today!
Due to the huge success of the previous year’s Balls we are holding the event in the Great Hall again, on Saturday 24th of February 2018. Your ticket includes a welcome drink, three-course meal with wine (or soft drink), entertainment and dancing. The drinks reception is being held in Met & Mat from 6pm and we will head to the Great Hall at 6.30pm.
The menu is as follows:

Charred aubergine, courgette and pepper, mozzarella, sticky vinegar & olive oil dressing (v)

Braised lamb shoulder
Wholegrain mustard mash, wilted greens & glazed carrot batons with a minted red wine sauce
Vegetable enchiladas with kidney bean chilli sauce (v)

Lemon cheesecake with fruit compote and whipped cream
For guest with allergies: Tofu chocolate mousse (Dairy free/Gluten free option)
