Last week, we welcomed exceptional leaders from diverse backgrounds to the Potential Unlocked Awards Leadership Reception as we launched an exciting new chapter for the movement.
The evening featured a powerful keynote from Gilroy Brown, Birmingham's first Black primary school headteacher, and an inspiring panel discussion chaired by Grace Smith from BBC Radio WM, featuring award winners, sponsors, and community leaders.
Together, we explored how we can create greater visibility, representation, and opportunity for future generations.
