Our journey to UCB is getting closer. ✈️

Our pre-departure session brought together students heading to Birmingham this September, giving them the opportunity to meet fellow students, get practical guidance for their move to the UK, and ask questions before they begin their UCB journey.

From preparing for life in Birmingham to knowing what to expect when you arrive, it was a chance to feel a little more prepared for what’s ahead.

For Arinai, founder of The Plate by Arinai, her journey into nutrition began in the kitchen.

Her BSc in Culinary Arts and Master's in Culinary Arts Management at UCB gave her a deeper understanding of food, from how it is prepared to how cooking can affect its nutritional value.

Today, she brings that knowledge into her work as a culinary nutritionist, helping people make food and nutrition more practical, personal, and enjoyable.
