Craig, our Sous Chef gave an insightful talk to our Education and Early Years students recently🧑‍🍳

He spoke to them about food hygiene, healthy food choices, balanced diet, nutrition, cross contamination and more! Craig showed them the pepper experiment, demonstrating surface tension by showing how soap disrupts water molecules.

The students enjoyed the session, learning a lot of new information that they can take forward in their studies!

We were thrilled to celebrate the fantastic achievements of our students, joined by their families and mentors from Humberside Police. It was inspiring to hear about the skills and confidence they have gained, with a number of our interns having already secured employment directly as a result of the programme, within Humberside Police and out!

Alfie, a second year Football Academy player, finished as the top scorer in the National Football Youth League North East Premier Division, scoring 29 goals in just 21 games!
