👋 Meet Matt
If you’re new here, I’m Matt — a Personal Trainer for over 7 years and a PE Teacher for the past 10 years.
Sport and coaching have always been a big part of my life, and I even spent 4 months travelling across America teaching sport to all ages, which was one of the experiences that really shaped how I coach today.
I’ve run 3 marathons, represented England in FutNet, played football my whole life, boxed, and worked with people from complete beginners to competitive athletes.
I’ve also been on my own weight-loss journey, losing 4 stone at one point — so I fully understand what it feels like to start again, build discipline, and keep going when it’s tough. That experience massively influences the way I support others through their own journeys.
Overall, my coaching is straightforward, realistic, and focused on helping people feel stronger, fitter, and more confident in day-to-day life.
