Image (apologies for poor quality) shows pupils of Willoughby School, Sam and Flynn, accompanied by Business Manager David Tebbutt being presented with a cheque from WM Graham Dayes from the Hereward Lodge. This donation came about as a result of communication between our Lodge and Roger Ladds of Harmony Lodge at Boston. The Willoughby School has taken part in a Program managed and delivered by the BRITISH MODEL FLYING ASSOCIATION titled the "Outreach Program" managed by Mrs Helen Jones. This is part of the East Midlands STEM Hub [Science, Technology, Engineering and Manufacturing Hub] Aero Discovery Project in connection with the Civil Aviation Authority.
This award will help the school to become further involved with the STEM project and allow those taking part a better understanding of the aerospace industry hopefully leading to future employment within the Industry. The Hereward Lodge would like to thank Roger for his input.

Lodge of Aveland member, Steve is pictured along with Ian from Hereward Lodge presenting a cheque to The Dementia Support Group at their last coffee meeting. The money was raised from the recent fun day in Bourne where we had a stall.

For those brethren that may not have read the Summer 2024 issue of Freemasonry Today, have a look at page 30. There is a photo showing our WM with Paul A Ellis, the Prov. Junior Grand Warden along with WB Eric Jessop receiving his 70 years long service award. I believe this to be only the third time this has been presented in the Province. Matt Williams who was initiated at the same meeting was also mentioned. Thanks go to WB Stuart Pearcey for his assistance in getting it published.
