Beads, bracelets, earrings... and lots of nice memories! 🎨💎

Our Jewellery Making Workshop was full of creativity, colour, and laughter as students got busy designing friendship bracelets, earrings, and unique handmade creations. The best part? Many students chose to make gifts for each other, making the workshop extra special.

From matching bracelets to thoughtful handmade surprises, it was wonderful to see friendships being celebrated one bead at a time!

🌿 World Mental Health Day 🌿

Ahead of tomorrow's World Mental Health Day, Oksana organised a relaxing succulent planting session for our students. 🪴✨

Each student chose their own succulent to take home, care for, and watch grow. It was a wonderful opportunity to slow down, be creative, and enjoy some mindful time together.

Did you know that plants can have a positive impact on mental wellbeing? 🌱 Studies suggest that being around plants can help reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and create a sense of calm and connection to nature.

We hope our students enjoy nurturing their new plants and seeing them thrive over the coming months! 💚

✨🎨 What a fantastic start to our social programme!

Our students got creative and designed their own shopping bags, turning simple totes into unique works of art. 🛍️💙 The session was a huge hit and highlighted the incredible talent and creativity within our student community. 🌟👏

We were amazed by the fantastic designs and can't wait to see what future social events have in store!

📸 Throwback Friday! 🎓

It’s hard to believe that our introduction to Bournemouth University and campus tour took place over two weeks ago! During Welcome Week, we visited the university to explore the campus, learn more about its amazing facilities, and see some of the cutting-edge equipment available to students.

From state-of-the-art learning spaces to specialist facilities, it was a fantastic opportunity to become familiar with the university environment and start feeling part of the wider BU community.

✨ There will be plenty more opportunities throughout this academic year to interact with BU, take part in activities, and make the most of everything the university has to offer. Stay tuned!

Last Saturday, we visited the BU Fresher's Fair! 🎉 The SUBU Fresher's Fair is a HUGE exhibition that is free for all BU students. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with 100's of SUBU Clubs and Societies, and discover the many opportunities available across campus. 🌟 The weather was perfect, and the atmosphere was buzzing with excitement! Overall, we had an amazing day!🙌✨
