Years of clinical work teach you to read a room, to stay with complexity without rushing to fix it, and to see what people are doing when they're in conflict or under pressure. Most therapists don't think of that as organisational expertise, but it is.
The harder question is what changes when the client is a system rather than a person. A system doesn't sit across from you in a therapy room. It doesn't contract with you in the same way. It has its own logic, its own culture, its own gravitational pulls, and your role inside it is far less defined.
The shift from working with a person to working with an organisation is what this diploma is concerned with: the techniques, and also the frame of reference, the professional identity, and the question of where you stand and what you're there to do.
