The Connected Set - an award-winning independent production company and creative studio - is looking for a ‘Researcher & AI Creative’ to join our small and ambitious team in a new and exciting R&D role.

Working directly with the company directors including our Founder, Jason Mitchell, a regular speaker on the transformative potential of AI within TV and video production, you’ll be our eyes and ears on emerging creative AI technologies: constantly identifying, testing and recommending new AI driven ways of shaping our TV, digital and creator-led video projects.

This role is perfect for someone early in their career with boundless enthusiasm, an eagerness to learn and upskill, a demonstrable interest in AI and creativity, and strong organisational skills.

🧑‍🚀 British astronaut Tim Peake, who spent 173 days living on the ISS, will join Live Lessons hosts, Greg Foot and Grace Webb to teach us what it takes to survive in space. In today’s episode, we’ll learn about the effects of space on our bones and how astronauts manage food and hydration. By the end of the show, viewers will have completed an ‘astronaut training plan’ and be inspired to blast off into the world of science and space exploration, designed specially for KS2 pupils.

🎉 Today is Safer Internet Day! We’re rehearsing for this morning’s Live Lessons show that will be broadcasting live from Bristol’s Wake The Tiger. The venue is being transformed into the backdrop for a new game called Scam Smashers 💥 hosted by Joel Mawhinney and Maddie Moate.

💪 Our audience will be challenged to outsmart digital tricksters to protect their personal information and use their detective skills to make it to the end of the Live Lesson and beat the scammers once and for all. Scam Smashers was inspired by this year’s Safer Internet Day theme is ‘Too good to be true? Protecting yourself and others from scams online’.
