Four captains commanding the Royal Navy's training establishments (HMS Raleigh, Britannia Royal Naval College, HMS Sultan and HMS Collingwood) have spoken of their pride at being able to inspire recruits who are at the start of their careers.

They are also making history as the first time the bases have all been led by women. And, they see this landmark moment as being something that could happen again in the future.
