Sunday | 19:00 - 20:00 | Pool session


The University of Bristol Lifesaving Club is a fun and exciting club available to anyone at Bristol University. Learn lifesaving skills both in and out the water and put them to the test in nationwide competitions against teams from other universities. Whether you're heading out with flatmates, joining a society social, or exploring a new city, remember:

This is especially important in our lovely city of Bristol which is surrounded by many waterways. So educate yourself throught the website and the campaign info and spread the message to your friends ! :)

Kicking off the year with a chill Friday night pub social. Whether you're locked in and sober for pool or heading to OMG after, come say hi to our lifesavers and get to know the club!

We are partnering with The White Harte this year so make sure to download their new app Kegged: https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/kegged/id6757747507 as Lifesaving gets 20% off the entire bar and even more money off in points 👀 ((since this is our first social we may be figuring things out))

If you're planning on coming please try and grab a free ticket from out SU events page so we can have an idea of numbers but if you haven't please do turn up regardless 🫶 and bring your friends!!

We have TWO more GIAG sessions coming up (Monday 21st September 9-10 and Wednesday 23rd September 13:30-17:00 ((split into WET and DRY training)) )

Our memberships are LIVE ! They are one of the CHEAPEST pool-based society memberships so don't miss this opportunity 🦭 ((only £46 for the ENTIRE YEAR which includes all training (£20) and your SEH PASS (£26) ))

We ALSO have a social coming up FRIDAY 25TH SEPTEMBER at The White Harte and you can grab a free ticket for that on our SU events page!
