Bristol University Music Society (BUMS) is one of the largest and most active student societies at Bristol University, running a diverse and exciting range of ensembles/groups, including a chamber music programme and a composition network. As well as weekly rehearsals in your BUMS ensemble(s), members gain access to free or discounted entry concerts as well as subsidised formal tickets. The societ

Everyone is welcome to come and watch this Chamber Music masterclass for free this Sunday, held by professional cellist and chamber music coach Peter Esswood. Even if you’re not taking part, observing a masterclass is a really good way to learn and develop as a musician, so don’t miss it!

Due to our Black History Month concert on Friday, we’re having a Wednesday social this week - board games at Chance & Counters Gloucester Road!
Afterwards we’ll head over to the Gallimaufry for some free live music! See you there!
