Page 2:
The heading reads "Loneliness"
The main text reads "Loneliness does not directly correlate to:
- the number of friends we have
- the amount of time we spend on our own
- people reaching a certain age
Loneliness is a feeling that is usually experienced when:
our ongoing social connections differ in nature and depth from the connections that we actually need or want in our lives. Therefore, it can look different for all of us.
We all feel lonely at times but when it is chronic or long-term it can seriously impact our mental and physical health."
At the bottom of the page it is cited "[1] Mental Health Foundation"
Page 3 consists of 3 paragraphs that read:
"In 1938, the longest-running study on human development commenced by Harvard University, which was developed to determine the source of human happiness.
It was found that the driving force that determined people's happiness and health were the relationships in their lives, instead of a result of wealth, fame, productivity or hard work.
However, the quality of our relationships is the most important thing. It is more damaging to continuously live in conflict or within a toxic relationship than being alone.
Feeling that no one understands or shares your experience of life can lead to emotional isolation and distress.
Therefore, loneliness is even more common amongst LGBTQ+ people, since self-exploration and acceptance can be a very lonely and isolating experience at times."
A the bottom of the page 2 sources are cited:
"[2] Mental Health Foundation (May 2016) Relationships in the 21st Century.

At the bottom of the the following paper is cited "[4] Johnson, M.J. & Amella, E.J. (2013) Isolation of le***an, gay, bisexual and transgender youth: a dimensional concept analysis. Journal of Advanced Nursing 70( 3), 523– 532"

"Despite all the reasons out there that can lead us to be lonely, remember you are not alone and as horrible as it feels it doesn't have to be permanent.
You will find the relationships you deserve because there are people out there, yourself included, that will love and care about you for who you are.
We are here to support every single one of you, and we are here to connect you with all the wonderful people of our community.
Reach out to people, check on your friends, and be compassionate and understanding of everyone's experiences.
Take care :)"
