Your feet carry you everywhere you go, day in - day out, they connect you to the ground and keep you stable (even when your mind isn't).
Yet at the end of that long and stressful day, they often go unappreciated.
That ain't right!
You'll be amazed how much your whole being will benefit when you pour just a little more love into those tootsies!

Hi guys,
Welcome to my page all about natural holistic health from the inside out!
My name is Olivia (Liv) which inspired my logo of an olive branch the symbol of peace.
I am 25 years old and passionate about healing others with food medicine and natural therapies.
I'm currently training in reflexology at London Regent's University, I'm open for treatments, so feel free to get in touch with any questions you may have.
I have a scientific background with a BSc with honours in Biomedical Science, and will use my knowledge to educate others.
Complimentary medicine is invaluable especially in our current times. Treating the body as a whole and seeing the connection between physical and emotional wellbeing is what I hope to share with others.
So follow my journey through holistic liv-ing sharing knowledge and happiness with one another. 💚
