As they approach the end of their Project SEARCH journey, several of our interns are looking to take the next step into paid employment.
They have developed valuable workplace skills, gained hands on experience,and demonstrated commitment and professionalism throughout their internships.

As we come to the end of half term, we are proud to celebrate the achievements and progress made by our interns.

We are especially excited to be ending the half term with THREE of our interns successfully gaining EMPLOYMENT 🎉🎉🎉🎉

⭐️Huge congratulations to Megan, Nicole and Callum. This is a huge achievement and reflects all of their hard work, determination, and commitment⭐️

🎉PAID EMPLOYMENT 🎉

David has successfully gained paid employment as part of The Trust Maintenance Team 🔨🔧🔩🪚👨‍🔧

David has worked extremely hard during his time on the programme and his hard work and commitment has paid off.

David’s confidence has grown hugely and we couldn’t be any more prouder of him.

Today marks Dave’s last day on the programme and he will start his new role next week.

Ethan has now transitioned into the Maintenance Department with The Trust🧑‍🔧🚧🔧🛠️⚠️

Ethan’s loves to be hands on when working and today that definitely showed, unblocking drains was a first for Ethan. Ethan showed excellent team work and communicated with his co workers.
