Ridley Hall is delighted to announce the appointment of Dr Carolyn Edwards as Tutor in Children’s and Family Ministry. In this role, Carolyn will strengthen Ridley Hall’s existing expertise in Children, Young People and Families (CYPF) ministry and help grow and develop its post-graduate provision.

Carolyn will start her new role on 1st September 2026. Carolyn says. “I’m thrilled to be taking up this role so as to continue to enable the Church to offer children and young people a life transforming encounter with Jesus. I’m passionate about equipping lay and ordained leaders both academically and practically in effective mission and ministry, and very excited to be joining the wonderful team at Ridley Hal”.

The Revd Fiona Green, Vice Principal and Dean of Lay Ministry at Ridley Hall, says, “We are delighted to welcome Carolyn as part of the tutorial team here at Ridley Hall, and look forward to benefiting from the strategic gifts and depth of experience that Carolyn brings to the role”.

📢 We're Hiring | Projects & Events Officer (Maternity Cover)

Are you an organised, proactive person who enjoys bringing projects and events to life?

Ridley Hall is looking for a part-time Projects & Events Officer to help deliver a wide range of exciting initiatives, from conferences and venue hire bookings to collaborative projects and online learning programmes.

This is a varied role that combines project coordination, event management, relationship building, and income generation, working closely with colleagues across the college to support Ridley's mission and growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in securing and delivering events, conferences, dining experiences, and venue hire opportunities, while helping to develop new projects and partnerships.

📍 Cambridge
⏰ Part-time – 21 hours per week over 3 days
💷 £29,000 per annum pro rata
