Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education offers a wide range of open enrolment and customised programmes. In many organisations, strategic planning and financial ex*****on still happen in separate silos. This gap is where good ideas lose momentum and long-term value gets lost.

To drive sustainable growth today, senior leaders need a shared language that connects corporate vision directly with smart capital allocation. That is exactly why our Strategy in Finance programme was developed. We designed this cohort for leaders at key turning points:

- Executives seeking to strengthen the connection between strategy and finance.
- Technical executives (finance, accounting, engineering, marketing, technology) transitioning to broader leadership roles.
- Founders and leadership teams of high-growth organisations facing complex resource allocation decisions.
- Operating partners in private equity firms and board members responsible for evaluating strategic and financial plans.

What this programme delivers:
- Practical frameworks to connect your strategic choices directly to financial results.
- Better decision-making tools to optimise how you allocate capital and fund projects.
- Real-world practice through data-rich industry case studies and executive team simulations.
- A strong peer network of senior leaders from diverse sectors.

If you are looking to sharpen your decision-making and bridge the gap between strategy and finance, join us for the next cohort taking place 8-10 July in Cambridge. Download the brochure to learn more > https://www.jbs.cam.ac.uk/executive-education/finance/strategy-in-finance/brochure/

Are you seeking to understand how to incorporate AI, data and AI agents into your enterprise strategy and operating models?

Earlier this month, Cambridge Judge Business School launched three new AI Executive Education programmes. If you are ready to move past isolated tests, our AI Strategy for Enterprises programme is designed to help leaders move beyond experimentation and develop a more strategic response to the opportunities and challenges created by AI.

Over three days, participants will examine how AI and digital futures are reshaping competitive positioning, value creation and strategic choice, while considering the realities of their own organisation’s data, capabilities and ambitions. The focus is not on adopting technology for its own sake, but on building the insight needed to make informed, practical and responsible strategic decisions.

Through practical frameworks, you will assess where strategic priorities need to evolve and identify opportunities for AI to support growth, resilience and reinvention, ensuring innovation is aligned with long-term value creation.

By the end of the programme, you will have developed the first steps of an AI strategy and road map tailored to your organisation.

Agentic AI represents the next critical evolution in enterprise technology. While generative AI produces content, agentic AI takes action by planning, executing multi-step workflows, and adapting autonomously.

Moving beyond pilots requires a new operational blueprint focused on system visibility and reimagined human-AI workflows. In this video, Dr Mark Bloomfield shares how agentic AI gives us permission to reimagine and rewire our organisations and our future careers.

In our hands-on labs, during our new Agentic AI: Design, Build, Govern programme (9-10 July 2026 in Cambridge), you will build and stress-test agent systems to reveal the line between capability and failure. Master agentic strategy beyond the hype, build agents on a no-code platform, and identify governance requirements for reliable enterprise tools. Master emerging standards to prioritise compatibility, bridge the pilot-to-production gap, and leave with a 90-day action plan.
