We have specialist staff located at Canterbury who can provide information and assistance with financial and welfare issues including student loans, budgeting and managing your finances, disputes with housemates or landlords, access to local faith services and external support agencies and services. We also provide specialist information and guidance to international students as required.

Our Story

The aim of Library & Student Services is to support the learning, teaching and research functions of the University. This is delivered through the provision of a dedicated University Library at each campus which also serves as a ‘Gateway’ to a variety of services including: the University Library’s collections at four campuses, computing and printing facilities, Learning & Teaching support (including language and literacy development and research support), Disability & SpLD (Specific Learning Differences) support, Careers & Employability advice and guidance, counselling services and Advice and Student Finances.

The University Library at Canterbury is one of four campus libraries at UCA providing one of the most comprehensive visual arts resources in the region.
