It’s been a while!

For those who are interested, Suzy is now based in Glasgow 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 running a number of different creative projects with her many hats on - drama teacher, theatre director, workshop leader, confidence coach. Do give her a follow The Drama SpeakEasy! 🎭 After White Slate’s success, she’s even starting up the Parent & Baby Group With A Difference again! 🤱🏽👨🏻‍🍼🎨

Alongside running projects in Scotland, she also offers 1:1 and group work online, so do get in touch if you’re interested in building confidence or wanting to work on public speaking skills…

For those who haven’t heard yet, we’re both taking a year off to do teacher training... we don’t know what the future may hold for White Slate yet but we are certainly taking some time to celebrate and reflect upon the past 6 and a half years of working together. 3 shows, 100+ performances, 9 terms of Parent group, 4 charity collaborations, 100+ workshops, and 1000+ coffee admin sessions...☕️Thank you to all those who have been a part of the journey! 🎭📜🎈📚💫💥

Some rather unique characters created today in our first session with Rethink - if Canterbury were a person, who would he/she be?! 🖼 🏰 🎭🛡📀👟🇬🇧🍬
If you can’t tell... this is a medieval warrior/uni student with a vinyl record for a stomach, and an artistic tourist with two heads who loves sweets... we had an art teacher in the room who gave us 6/10 for our efforts - we think she was being quite generous! 😅👩🏻‍🎨👩🏼‍🎨

Many excellent games of Jenga with today... we wrote on each block an answer to the sentence “I feel...” 🧱 “I like...” 🧱 “I hate...” 🧱 “I’m scared of...” 🧱 “I hope...” 🧱 and discussed them as we played - it was enlightening and very fun! 🧠 🧱
