🌟 A word from the Chair 🌟

Thank you to everyone who came to the ball on Tuesday, it was a real pleasure to see you all there and I hope that you had a fantastic time celebrating in this beautiful venue.

I would like to thank everyone who contributed to make this ball a real success: all the musicians & singers, the photographers, the college tech team led by Isaac, and finally, the highly-dedicated exec committee!

The committee this year was composed by Alexandra as Vice-Chair, Simon as Treasurer and our three Creative Officers, Iona, Anne-Lise and Annabel. They have all been incredibly helpful and the ball would have never reached this standard without them!
I hope that after attending and enjoying the ball many of you will be inclined to apply for a position in next year’s executive committee.

The committee sincerely apologises if the glasses of bucksfizz ran out. However, this is the fault of many guests helping themselves several times.

We will make sure this does not happen again for the mulled wine!

🌟🌟 Only 24 hours left... 🌟🌟

I hope that you are getting as excited as us for the ball tomorrow!! 🎄🎉

Just a few reminders before the big day:
-Please read carefully the Student Behaviour Information document if you haven't already.
-Bring cash and ID, there will be the possibility to buy a glass of port to enjoy with the cheese during dinner!
-Black Tie dress code
-Bring a coat and an umbrella in case of rain so you can still watch the firework display.
-Check the coaches schedule to make sure you arrive on time 😊

🌟🌟ESSENTIAL TRANSPORT INFORMATION🌟🌟

Each head of table & their guests have been allocated to a specific coach, so please stay with the people on your table and start queuing for the coach you have been allocated to as soon as you arrive. Coach number and table name have also been sent by email to the heads of table.

Guests going in the first and second coaches are expected to arrive at 6:00pm; guests going in the third coach should be there at 6:05pm. All coaches will be leaving from the DSU.
Make sure to be on time and do not forget to bring a coat!
