📢 It’s 2 weeks until the City Nature Challenge! 📢
Join Cheste Zoo on campus to record the wildlife we find!
🗓️ Friday 24th April
🕐 1pm – 3pm (flexible, drop in whenever you can)
📌 Meet outside Grosvenor Accommodation, by the picnic benches, Exton Park.
✅ No experience needed, come along and get involved!
🔎 Take photos of wildlife and upload it to the iNaturalist app
The City Nature Challenge is a four-day global bioblitz challenge where people in cities across the world compete to record as much wildlife as possible, this year running from Friday 24th – Monday 27th April.
The University of Chester is taking part, and we want as many students and staff as possible to get involved!
There are three categories in the challenge:
1. Number of observations made
2. Number of species recorded
3. Number of people taking part and making observations
🏆 All of our observations will count towards Chester's position in the global and national leaderboards.
