🎓 Guaranteed Ticket Reminder – One week until deadline 🎓

There is one week left for booking your own and your guests guaranteed graduation tickets. The deadline is midday Monday 21 July 2025.

Any tickets remaining after this date will be released week commencing 04 August 2025 on a first come first served basis on the William Northam website (ad).

We will email you if there are tickets available for your ceremony so keep an eye on your inbox and this page.

Graduation Guaranteed Ticket Reminder

If you want to make sure that you and your family and friends are able to attend your graduation ceremony please ensure that you purchase your guaranteed tickets by the deadline of midday Monday 21 July 2025.

If there are any tickets remaining after this date we will notify the students in ceremonies with availability during week starting 04th August, and these will be sold on a first come first served basis.

🎓 📢 Graduation Tickets 📢🎓

Invitations to graduation are being sent to all provisionally eligible students today. Please check your personal email inbox and junk folder (not your university email). This email contains the link to book your tickets.

Please note that due to the number of invitations being sent, these may go through slowly. If you have not received an invitation by Thursday 5th June 2025 and you think you should have, please email [email protected]. Please ensure that you include your full name and student number in this email.

Full graduation information can be found on the website: chi.ac.uk/about-us/events/graduation/

Each student is guaranteed one student ticket and two guest tickets until the deadline, July 21st 2025. After this, we will re-evaluate capacity in each ceremony and notify students if extra tickets can be sold.

🎓 Graduation Dates 🎓

We are delighted to confirm that our dates for graduation are;

Monday 15 – Thursday 18 September 2025

and

Wednesday 11 – Friday 13 March 2026

Full information will be available on the graduation page of our website in the next 8 weeks (approximately), including the ceremony configuration. This will be updated regularly so please keep an eye out for any changes.

Invitations to graduation will be sent to the personal email we hold on file for you in around May/June for September graduation, and around November/December for March graduation.

FINAL DEADLINE

Just a reminder that the final deadline for all tickets, robing and photography for our January graduation is midday today.

🎟️ Great News! 🎟️

There are remaining tickets available for some of our graduation ceremonies!

We have emailed students booked to attend graduation if there is availability in their ceremony and the release date for these tickets.

Please be aware that the deadline for all tickets, hiring robes and photography is midday Monday 02 December 2024.

Thursday 23 January 2025 10:30

All ceremonies will be livestreamed and there are 2 options for watching this;

Option 1

We will have a livestream viewing area within the Cathedral, entry tokens for this are free and can be collected on the day from the information desk at the Cathedral on a first come first served basis. The tokens only allow entry into the live stream area and not to the Duke & Rye after.

Option 2

The link to the livestream will be available on our website so friends and family can watch from wherever they are.
