Advance Teacher Training Advance Teacher Training Advance Teacher Training is working in partnership with Teach First to deliver teacher training in Colchester and Tendring.

Qualify as an early years primary, primary or secondary teacher in 11 months.

‘You start off sitting in the class and you observe that class and you then might do some team teaching. You might then take the starter. So, if you do it in a gradual process, that’s how I did it, in small increments and you build up. Once I had taught my whole first lesson, I found it easy to go for it and just throw yourself in and start teaching. The thrill of teaching that first lesson was unmatched!’
