Top tips for a successful training year from another superb graduate of the Advance Class of 2026, Charlotte Kellett:

‘At the start it can feel really overwhelming and really busy but it definitely gets easier as you learn to plan and to do everything more efficiently and now it’s like second nature. Definitely, ask for support from the people around you, mentors, teachers. And enjoy it. Why do anything if you don’t enjoy it?!’
