Tomorrow (Thursday 28th May), we're hosting a screening of the People's Emergency Briefing in our Lecture Theatre at the Colchester Campus!
🎬 The 45-minute film shows members of the public reacting to what leading UK scientists and experts had to say about the growing risks to our lives, health, food and economy.
The idea is simple. Most people have never been fully briefed on how our changing climate and nature loss will affect us. This film, which can only be seen at local community screenings, highlights those changes and what we can do to prepare. The session is open to anyone over 16 years of age and there will be a brief panel discussion after the screening, hosted by college leaders. Currently there are over 1,000 screenings booked across the UK.
Can we get 100 people in the room to watch this briefing together in Colchester? 🤔
