Hello Karters

It is with great apologies that tonights big leauge kick off has been postponed. I would also like to apologise for the missed Naked Calander event which was also scheduled for tonight. I guess next year, will be the year we once again will show everyone our mystery boxes and bannanas. Stay tuned as the society we all know and love will be back into action as from next monday and we will give you updates on the dates of our first Social. Its gonna be a big one.

Despite several warnings from the SU, the Mario Kart fresher stall was shut down early, given no reason other than ''you've got way too many people signing up''. What a shame. Big thanks to everyone who came to the squares, and the 300+ people who put their names down. We look forward to another big year for Mario Kart, and were in no way were shut down for getting way too drunk.

Dear Mario Karters,

There is a great opportunity for some early Mario Kart Society promotion on arrivals day. If anyone is available and preferably has a costume (Mario kart related or a Rabbit ect is fine) then on Sunday at 9 O'clock can you meet Ollie outside Frangos.

The task at hand is to visit the flats in South towers and promote all of the SU's events. It will not only help the freshers settle in, but help the SU and gain us good publicity.

If you are interested then what we need to do is to visit South towers going flat to flat and try to get as many people to come to either the Su bar or come to the event in Sub Zero that night. We will be walking groups from the towers to the squares or Su bar then going back to look for another group in a different flat. This Will be roughly for 2 hours then the rest of the night is your own.

I think a strong Mario Kart presence early on will help us massively with recruitment.

Greetings Mario Karters!

The new term is approaching rapidly and we're starting general work on the SU Society page as well as thinking about what improvements could be made this year. Amazing socials, ridiculously competitive league games and a fu***ng good laugh are as standard, but we need YOUR feedback in regards to what you guys would like to see this year (unless it's Mario beating Luigi in the social games, I'm having none of that, Luigi til I die).

Is there anything you think could be improved upon or things that you adamantly want to stay the same? Tiny tweaks to vast changes, all suggestions are more than welcome.

If you'd rather tell us privately then feel free to send us a message rather than replying to this comment. The exec merely run the society, it's you guys that make it, so please let us know.
