It's lovely to see you all booking your places and tickets. We've had a few gremlins in the works this morning so we'd like to just walk you through what's happening:
If you've tried to buy tickets and had an error message only to discover that money seems to have been taken from your account, we've been informed by the Income Section that this won't be the case. The money is pending and has not been requested by us so should go back into your account within the next 24 hours.
What this means is you will have to go back in and try again. If the problem is recurring, please email [email protected]
This leads us nicely into the next gremlin which is the confirmation email. This should have been updated however, it's been drawn to our attention that this update didn't go through. So, you will find that you've paid your full ticket price of £25 per ticket but got a confirmed price of £20 per ticket.
Don't worry. You've paid the correct amount and it won't affect your tickets.
Finally, we've been informed by our gowning supplier that they are also experiencing some technical issues with their webpage. You have until the 30 June to hire your gown so don't panic. You can go in and do this at a later date.
