✨ Wrapping up Week 10 on a high!

Our PhD CIM cohort recently took part in a series of design-focused PGR seminars led by Dr. Siddharth de Souza - honestly, such a great way to round off the term!

The sessions gave us the chance to slow down, reflect, and really engage with each other’s work. Our researchers each presented a paper, which led to some really interesting conversations; from social innovation and design, to the politics of technology, to using speculative design to imagine different futures.

What made it all the more enjoyable was the mix of perspectives in the room. Everyone brought something different, asked great questions, and helped push the discussion a bit further.

One thing that really stuck: design offers powerful ways of making sense of complexity, shaping systems, and tackling real-world challenges.

Just feeling really grateful for the space to learn like this, and for the people who make it what it is! 💛

Enjoy the Easter break - and we’re looking forward to seeing you all after!
