Enrolment / Registration / Withdrawals - contact us if you are experiencing problems with your enrolment or if you are enrolling late. We can also advise you if you wish to leave or suspend your studies. Programmes of study information – if your modules are incorrect on your student record we can help to put them right. We can also advise on module and course transfers. Mitigating circumstances - you may need extra time for an assessment or you may need to postpone your attempt for personal reasons. Complaints and appeals – if you wish to appeal a result we can advise whether you have grounds to do so. General course related queries – we can advise you on all aspects of the University Regulations and the academic processes and procedures that impact on your academic journey
