Double gold at the AMA National karate championships today.

🥇Veterans 36 years - 45years
🥇 Veterans 46 years +

I had a birthday in August which jumped me into the 46 years + so decided to still do the younger category today too.

I’m super happy with my performance and as always delighted to share the tatami with these brilliant athletes.

My daughter was also awarded gold in her 11year old category, such a proud mum moment 🤩

Sorry for the strong language but……

I’ve already started with the help of Cheshire constabulary.

We have taught in numerous high schools and colleges across Cheshire east.

When I started my self defence teaching it was my mission to get into schools as this is when children start to become independent but also vulnerable. Not just girls, boys too.

Learn it so if you need it you have the skills. Hopefully you will never have to use them.

I’m feeling pretty angry right now.

Did anyone else know about this expected alarm about fires on their phone?

Think about victims that have a secret burner phone hidden, just in case they need to communicate with someone and that alarm goes off.

It’s probably something not everyone thinks about but my goodness it can really put people in a vulnerable position.

I know it’s for good reason before you come at me but jeez - come on!
