Found a stream to cool down in…turns out it is the local dog swimming spot! Well if it’s good enough for the dogs!! Wet is clean.

Heading home to Scotland for the this year!

Camping out with the team in a Celtic rainforest for the first time !!

I feel this is now personal! I have no idea where the damn nest is because I’ve altered my running routes repeatedly in a radius of a kilometre to avoid the dive bombing and he keeps finding me! On the plus side my pace is excellent these days…to be clear the stick is to make me appear taller!
