Thomas went the extra mile during a recent work visit to Ireland and climbed Keadeen Mountain. Now that is commitment to getting us some content!

Ollie also made a quick stop in Romsey on his way to visit one of our key customers.

This week, we're introducing Joanne Gaskell, our Finance and Business Services Manager.

Jo joined OLS just three months ago and has already become a fantastic addition to the team, bringing plenty of experience, positivity and, as you'll soon find out... a great story!

1. What's your name, job title and how long have you worked at OLS?

Jo Gaskell, Finance and Business Services Manager, 3 months.

2. How did you get started at OLS?

I applied for the position via an advert on Indeed, and started very quickly afterwards!

3. What's your favourite thing about working at OLS?

The people! The fact that you walk in every morning and there is an energy around the office.

4. Tea, coffee or other?

Both.

5. Favourite food?

Love a good Chinese.

6. Tell us something people might not know about you (keep it clean!)

I got married mid-pub crawl. We gave people one hour's notice that it was happening.

Some of these faces you'll know. Some you might not.

But every single one of them plays a part in making OLS... well... OLS.

This week, we're introducing our Operations Director, Jason Sharpe.

Jason joined OLS almost two years ago and has become a huge part of the business, helping to keep everything running smoothly while supporting the team that delivers for our customers every day.

Let's get to know him a little better...

1. What's your name, job title and how long have you worked at OLS?

Jason, Operations Director.

Two years in September.

2. How did you get started at OLS?

A few intense interviews and a morning coffee meet with Ollie (I had fizzy water).

3. What's your favourite thing about working at OLS?

The people. We have the most amazing team and everyone plays their part with energy and enthusiasm. It's a real family feel that you just don't get. We are very lucky.

4. Tea, coffee or other?

Sparkling water.

5. Favourite food?

Marks & Spencer Turkish olives and chicken. Any chicken. Oh... and fish. Any fish.

6. Tell us something people might not know about you (keep it clean!)

One evening, after a few shandies with a bunch of friends, I applied for the London Marathon. The next morning I woke up to emails saying I'd been accepted to run for charity. Let's just say it was a bit of a shock!

Come Meet the OLS Team...

Some of these faces you'll know. Some you might not.
But every single one of them plays a part in making OLS... well... OLS.

This week, we're introducing our Joint Owner and Director, Claire Law.

If you've followed OLS for a while, you'll know Claire has played a huge part in shaping the business we are today.

Alongside helping build OLS from the ground up, she has been the driving force behind our apprenticeship programme, creating the ethos, developing the programme and championing the next generation of talent from day one.

Now... Claire didn't answer all of the questions. To be fair, we're not about to argue with her..... 😉

So, let's get straight to the important stuff...

Gyros, sat on a Greek beach with a Mythos in my hand!

I can speak a little Greek and I've visited 38 countries... although I'm not sure that's special by most people's standards!
