Hi guys!! Silks is back and open for bookings!
We are hoping to run two Level 1 courses this term. Please let us know if you have any issues with the booking system. Bookings will close at 3pm on Saturday (Oct 1st).

Course: 6 classes
Dates: 1st October - 5th November
Time: Class 1 - Saturday 19:00 - 20:30 | Class 2 - Saturday 20:30 - 22:00
Payment: Single payment of £60.00 (£10 per class)
Location: Pole Position Scotland, Unit 17 - Douglas Court, Dundee, DD1 5BY
Clothing: Full coverage thats not too loose and bare feet.
This course covers fundamental aerial silks skills. You will learn the basic climbs, positions, and techniques that will enable you to begin exploring the apparatus. You will cover grips and wrist locks, standard climbs and descents, and supported inversion skills. This course is suitable for those who have never tried aerial silks or any aerial before, those who have casually dabbled in the past, those who are returning from a significant break from aerial, and those of a higher level who wish to review their foundations. Please note that beginner's classes are also essential for those with proficiency on another aerial apparatus
These classes will have to be cancelled if they do not meet the minimum number of participants, refunds will be issued if this is the case.
