What will you learn at the International Arbitration Summer Programme 2026?

🟣Durham Law School’s Summer Programme on International Arbitration guides participants from the fundamentals of arbitration through to the development of practical, practice‑ready skills.

Participants will:

🟡Gain a clear understanding of what international arbitration is, how proceedings are run, and what happens at each stage of the process.

🟡Learn about the laws, rules, institutions, and mechanisms that govern international arbitration.

🟡Examine real examples of pleadings, procedural documents, and arbitral awards.

🟡Develop practical skills through cross‑examination sessions, hands‑on workshops, and participant discussion

🎥 Through videos, photographs, and practical materials, the program offers insight into an otherwise confidential process.
