We're looking for an outstanding Executive Officer to join the Principal's Office at an exciting time for St John's College.

This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of College life, working closely with the Principal and College Officers. You'll provide executive support while helping to coordinate projects, governance, events and strategic priorities across the College.

No two days are the same. You might be preparing briefing papers, organising a lecture, supporting the Fellows programme, coordinating a College Officers' meeting or helping to deliver a key strategic project. You'll enjoy bringing order to complexity, building positive relationships and helping turn ideas into action.

The role would suit an experienced Executive Assistant or Executive Officer looking for a broader and more varied role, as well as candidates from academic or professional backgrounds with excellent organisational, communication and project coordination skills.

Closing date: 31 August 2026
