Why do some shoppers spend far more than needed to unlock a discount? 🛍️

Research involving Dr Arezou Ghiassaleh has found that consumers respond differently to "spend more, save more" promotions. While some spend only enough to qualify for a discount, others spend substantially beyond the threshold.

The study provides new insights into consumer behaviour and highlights how these promotions can influence spending across different product categories.

What type of leader are you?

In an article for Training Magazine, Associate Professor Karolina Neiberle, alongside Professors Susanne Braun and Olga Epitropaki, explores why authentic leadership begins with understanding your own leadership story.

Their research identifies three leadership identities: singular, dual and plural. The findings suggest that plural leaders who draw on experiences across work, life and community are better equipped to lead with authenticity, resilience and empathy.
