* LOOKING FOR A PUBLICITY OFFICER AND AN EVENTS MANAGER *

Nominations for the 2020/21 Publicity Officer and Events Manager will open on the 28th of October and will close on the 4th of November.

To run, check the guild website and submit a short manifesto (around 200 words) on why you would like to run for the position!

Publicity Officer
Responsibilities will include:
- Running the social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook)
- Publicising the society and events
- Communicating with members and other societies/companies that want to collaborate on events or projects
- Maintaining the society's social media and online presence

Events Manager
Responsibilities will include:
- Planning of Event
- Coordination of Event with potential sponsors/societies/partners
- Ex*****on of Event
- Managing logistics (e.g. Zoom, Catering Services, etc)
- Booking of Event Venue
- Performing risk analysis for Events
